Managing your Siemens account means staying in control of the details that matter. Update profile information, manage user permissions, adjust preferences and notifications, and keep your account details current. Please note that depending on your products and services, you may need to access different account areas - which you can find listed below.

Hardware registration

Use our myRegistration portal to register your industrial products, systems and software. You can create new registrations, view existing ones, and access information and support all in one place.

Licenses and renewals

Whether you're allocating licenses across teams, monitoring usage, or administering access, stay in control of your Siemens software with flexible tools for managing licenses and renewals. For subscription-based products, you can view renewal dates, update payment methods, and set auto-renewal preferences to avoid service interruptions. Please note that depending on your products and services, you may need to access different account areas - which you can find listed below.

Manage orders

Orders on SiePortal

To access your orders on SiePortal, hover over the "mySiePortal" menu item in the main menu bar. When the menu opens, you will see an option for "Orders and returns." Alternatively you can click on the box icon in the upper right corner of SiePortal. (See instructions here). Please note, if you do not have any orders, you will not see this menu item or box icon.
