Electrosuisse Specialist Forum

The specialist forum will take place on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, from 09:00 to 10:30 a.m. in the Forum, Hall 6, Messe Zürich.

The focus is on the current challenges facing power grids: PV surpluses in summer, new requirements due to prosumers, and the targeted use of digitalization and AI in grid operations. The central question is how an increasingly decentralized energy system can be managed in a stable, efficient, and future-proof manner.

Siemens is actively contributing its expertise to this discussion: Dieter Maurer, Head of Sales Electrification & Automation, will demonstrate how IBC Energie Wasser Chur achieves greater transparency at grid level 7 and how Siemens, as a partner for the digitalization and further development of modern power grids, contributes to the success of this project.
