It is a response to the concerns expressed by engineering students at the threshold of their professional careers. Among these concerns are the lack of sufficient practical skills, difficulties in finding the first job or internship, and biases regarding women's competences in science and technology. Join us, make use of the knowledge and experience of experts, talk to other students to prepare yourself as well as possible for pursuing your professional goals.

Ahead of you is the 8th edition of Siemens' program Engineers. Next Generation. We focus on practical development of competences in the area of digital transformation, automation and modern engineering standards.
Are you studying a technical field? Do you want to go beyond theory and start taking action? Join the practical workshops where you will gain real skills, build confidence and test yourself in real challenges. This is your moment, make the most of it!

How to apply for the program?

The condition for joining the program is to complete the application form and submit a self‑presentation in the form of an essay, presentation, video or infographic by 22.03.2026. The authors of the 30 most interesting submissions will receive an invitation to the workshops.

Important dates:

  • 22.03.2026, until 23:59 – deadline for submitting applications
  • 09.04.2025 – announcement of the list of participants
  • 23–24 April 2025 – workshop dates. We meet exclusively on site in Warsaw.
