Logistics Complaint Procedure Description

1. Logistics complaints are complaints based on a logistical error made by the supplier or forwarder (quantity error, lost shipment, incorrect delivery, missing/incorrect accessories, improper packaging, transport damage).

2. The Customer will immediately review the condition of the Delivery Item upon delivery and inform Siemens Sp. z o.o. in writing via the online form available on the website - link of any existing defects in accordance with the following procedure:

- Damage to the delivery must be immediately noted on the forwarder's delivery documents (damage report) and reported to Siemens Sp. z o.o. Within 5 days of delivery, under penalty of forfeiture of claims for visible (apparent) defects.

- Other discrepancies in the delivery (quantity error, loss of shipment, incorrect delivery, missing/incorrect accessories, improper packaging, etc.) must be immediately noted on the forwarder's delivery documents and reported to Siemens Sp. z o.o. no later than 6 weeks from the delivery date.

- To file a logistics complaint, it is necessary to provide the shipment number.

- It is recommended to provide a description of the complaint in the complaint notification (information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the event).

- In some cases, additional photographic documentation will be required.

- Siemens Sp. z o.o. will respond to the complaint immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of its receipt.

- You will receive confirmation of receipt of the complaint for consideration, along with the assigned case number and the complaint status, in a separate email.

3. By submitting the form, you confirm that you have read and understood Siemens Sp. z o.o.'s complaints procedure. z o. o. and its acceptance.
