Supervisory board
As required by the German Codetermination Act, the company's shareholders and its employees each select one half of the 20-member supervisory board. These board members sit on various supervisory board committees.

The Supervisory Board of Siemens AG has 20 members. As stipulated by the German Codetermination Act, half of the members represent Company shareholders, and half represent Company employees. The term of office of the shareholder representatives will expire in principle at the conclusion of the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting in 2027. The term of office of Ms. Vittadini, Mr. Rørsted and Mr. Snabe will expire at the conclusion of the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting in 2025. The term of office of the employee representatives will expire at the conclusion of the Annual Shareholders' Meeting in 2028. The employee representatives are marked with an asterisk (*).
