Christian Kaeser Chairman - Chairman
Christian Kaeser (1973) studied law at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz (Germany), specializing in tax and financial law. He obtained his JD (Juris Doctor) in 2001. Kaeser joined Siemens AG in 2002 and has been the global head of tax and corporate vice president for Siemens since 2009. Additionally, Kaeser is the chairman of various committees, including the tax committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the German branch of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
Marguerite Soeteman-Reijnen
Marguerite Soeteman-Reijnen (1966) studied law (LLM) at Erasmus University Rotterdam and is also an alumna of INSEAD and Harvard Business School. In 1990, she joined Aon, where she held various positions over 33 years, including global chief marketing officer and most recently chairman of the executive board of Aon Holdings B.V. Soeteman-Reijnen has gained supervisory experience in several organizations, such as the American Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands and the Foundation Royal Defense Museums. Since March 2021, she has been the chairwoman of the advisory board of SER Topvrouwen.
Markus Bauersachs
Markus Bauersachs (1977) studied Industrial Engineering and Management at the Technical University of Ilmenau in Germany, graduating in 2001. He joined Siemens AG in 2002, where he held various positions across different divisions, including chief financial officer, head of finance, and business unit head. Since 2024, Bauersachs has been the head of Shareholder Controlling & Holdings CEO for Siemens in Munich, Germany.
