EASy is the Siemens electronic agreement system. Emails are triggerd by interactions with a Siemens sales representative who has prepared a quote for the purchase of Siemens products or services. The electronic agreement can be accepted or declined. It can also be forwarded to a colleague for approval.
Our electronic agreement system EASy provides an efficient method for order acceptance.
In addition to speeding up the order process, the electronic agreement system means that the legal terms and conditions are always up-to-date.
These are the four steps:

- Receive a confirmation

You can forward the EASy agreement email to any colleague for review. Details identifying the signer of the agreement are captured when it is entered in the EASy system.
Upon request, your Siemens sales contact can send you a preview of the EASy order form as a PDF file via e-mail.
Also, during the review and order placement process on EASy you will have opportunities to download the order form and any linked contractual terms as a PDF file.

The Universal Customer Agreement and Supplemental Terms indicated on your EASy order form will govern your order transacted on EASy and they contain up-to-date terms, ensuring that you can continue using the most recent product features and enjoy the most flexible models Siemens offers.
