Can the equipment be relocated once the contract has started?
As specified in the General Terms and Conditions of the Contract, the Lessee must request authorization from the Lessor for any planned relocation, providing the full address of the new location, particularly with regard to the Insurance Policy. Under no circumstances may the equipment be located outside Spain. For any change of address of the equipment, please submit your request through this link.
What happens to the equipment at the end of the leasing contract?
This is a leasing contract, and in accordance with Clause Ten of the General Terms, the Lessee is required to return the equipment in good working condition at the end of the contract, to the address indicated by Siemens Financial Services, S.A.U.

When does the leasing contract begin?
The contract begins once it is signed, and the leasing installments will start being issued when the equipment has been installed.

Please submit your request through this link, specifying the nature and reason for the change (indicating if the new holder will be self-employed, a limited company, partnership, civil entity, etc.) and the reference of the affected contract(s). This change involves an administrative fee of €120 + taxes.
