Description of the quality complaint procedure
1. Products with a visible manufacturing defect or a defect discovered during operation in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations are subject to quality complaints.
2. For products subject to replacement under warranty:
- In response to your complaint, a new device will be ordered for you. If it is defective, it will be sent back to the Siemens AG Repair Center, where, after diagnosis, a decision will be made on the validity of the complaint.
- If the examination of the damaged part shows that the defect is not covered by the warranty, the Applicant will bear the costs of the replacement device, diagnostic inspection and transport.
- You will receive confirmation of acceptance of the order for processing along with the case number, delivery date of the new device, shipment number and instructions for shipping the complained equipment in a separate e-mail.
- The user undertakes to return the damaged device within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the new one. If the damaged equipment is not returned within the required period, the customer will be charged an amount equal to the purchase price of the new device.
3. For products subject to warranty repair only:
- The complained device will be sent for repair to an authorized service center of the manufacturer Siemens AG.
- Repair completion time: approx. 2-4 weeks
- You will receive confirmation of acceptance of the order for processing along with the case number and instructions for shipping the complained equipment in a separate e-mail.
- If the examination of the damaged device shows that the defect is not covered by the warranty, the Applicant will receive a quote for possible repair for approval and will bear the costs of diagnostic inspection and transport.
ATTENTION!! PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE EQUIPMENT BEFORE RECEIVING CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF THE COMPLAINT. THE CONFIRMATION WILL CONTAIN THE CORRECT ADDRESS FOR SHIPPING THE COMPLAINTED PRODUCT.
