Consent to receive marketing information

Purpose of consent

I wish to receive by email from Siemens Financial Services GmbH and its subsidiaries (jointly referred to as "Siemens") marketing information regarding Siemens products and services that may interest me. Besides the ability to explicitly indicate specific Siemens products and services that interest me (e.g., in an online form), Siemens will be able to determine my areas of interest by recording data about my visits to websites using cookies. This data relates particularly to articles viewed, documents downloaded, and the date and time of access ("usage data"). They will be stored in a personal user profile. Information indicating if and when I opened a marketing email sent by Siemens will also be added to the profile. Siemens obtains this information by calling small images included in the email (known as "web beacons").

Additionally, the following information that I have directly communicated on Siemens' website or, where applicable, that is recorded in Siemens' customer relationship management systems will be integrated into my profile:

• My personal details (e.g., name, title, company, function/role, phone number) • Information about the company I work for (e.g., address, sector, and other publicly accessible information)

Using the data described in the preceding paragraph (the "data"), Siemens will be able to send me marketing content (including newsletters, event invitations, and trade show information) regarding products and services that interest me. Additionally, the data will be used by Siemens sales personnel to submit offers and provide the best possible support to my company/myself.

Your data will be deleted from Siemens Financial Services GmbH's marketing automation system if it is no longer necessary for marketing purposes or if you have withdrawn your consent.

Data transfer

For the aforementioned purposes, Siemens Financial Services GmbH may transfer my data to subsidiaries listed in the latest annual report, accessible at http://www.siemens.com/investor/en/.

The provider of Siemens' marketing automation platform may also technically access my data.

Revocation and additional information

I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time with future effect by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in the emails I receive or by sending an email to info.fr.sfs@siemens.com.

After this revocation, I will no longer receive from Siemens the marketing content to which I had previously consented. In addition to the possibility of withdrawing my consent at any time, I can technically exclude the processing of my usage data by deleting the following cookie from the browsers I use: ELQSTATUS
