Mesut Eken serves as Chief Financial Officer of Siemens USA, overseeing financial strategy, governance, and performance for the company’s largest market globally. In this role, he partners across the business to drive disciplined financial leadership, support continued investment and enable long-term, sustainable growth.
Mesut brings nearly three decades of global finance and leadership experience across Siemens and the industrial sector. Prior to his current role, he served as Chief Financial Officer of the Motion Control business within Siemens Digital Industries, where he oversaw financial operations for a key business of the company’s automation portfolio.
Earlier in his career, Mesut held several senior roles within Siemens Corporate Finance Headquarters in Munich, including leadership positions in Shareholder Controlling and Internal Financial Disclosure, where he developed a comprehensive view of the company’s financial performance and strategic positioning. He also served as Chief Financial Officer for Siemens Mobility’s Intelligent Traffic Systems business and held a corporate controlling leadership role in São Paulo, Brazil, supporting Siemens’ operations across Latin America.
Mesut began his career with Siemens as an apprentice, an experience that shaped his deep understanding of the company’s businesses and culture. He later gained additional industry experience in a controlling and reporting leadership role at Continental AG before returning to Siemens in a senior capacity.
He holds an Executive MBA from ESMT Berlin, a Bachelor of Commercial Economics from HZ University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands and a degree in Business Management from FOM Hochschule in Essen, Germany.
