Ethical Business Practices

The Siemens Compliance System is structured into three levels: Prevention, Detection, and Response. These levels encompass a comprehensive system of activities that ensure our business is fully aligned with applicable legal regulations and directives, as well as with our internal principles and policies.

We require a responsible and ethical approach from all our collaborators. All our managers and employees are obliged to adhere to strict corporate principles of ethical business conduct, both within the company and in relations with all business partners and customers. We actively contribute to cultivating the Czech business environment. Through our example, we enhance its transparency and ethical standards.

Cơ quan thanh tra là cơ quan độc lập nơi nhân viên của Siemens và các bên thứ ba có thể báo cáo các trường hợp hoạt động kinh doanh không phù hợp trong Siemens. Có thể báo cáo một cách bảo mật và ẩn danh nếu muốn. Báo cáo cần được lập bằng tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Đức.
