Introducing our Finance & Commercial Academy: a UK rotational programme that runs nationwide in locations such as Frimley, Manchester, Lincoln, Poole and Newcastle. It’s a great alternative to university that’ll see you travelling around the country, developing your skills and earning a salary at the same time.
Over the three years, you’ll work towards a professional qualification while gaining hands-on experience in one of the biggest companies in the world. You’ll study for the CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting and the CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting. By the time you leave the programme, you’ll be close to being fully qualified.
You’ll be based as close to home as possible, but you’ll also get to travel around the country to experience Accounting & Financial Controlling, Procurement & Logistics, Compliance, Shared Services and more. The Academy will teach you commercial skills, give you money in the bank and offer plenty of opportunity to develop your career.

We’re looking for inquisitive and innovative people who want to make a difference in the world of business and finance. The ideal person should have:
3 C grades at A Level or equivalent.
If you think you’re suitable, complete our online application and our online testing. Once you’ve completed that, we’ll see if we think you’re a good fit. If so, we’ll arrange a video interview to find out more about you. Pass that and you’ll be asked to come and take part in some exciting challenges that put your skills to the test. This could be anything from group exercises to presentations.
We generally take on 5-10 people in full-time positions, however this can vary year-on-year.
Yes. One of the minimum requirements for most of our vacancies is the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK. We are unable to sponsor any work permit applications on your behalf.
The Finance & Commercial Academy starts between August and September each year.
Our cut-off date is usually the end of January for programmes due to begin in October that year.
Yes. If you need to relocate, we will provide you with financial assistance to help you do this.
If you make it onto the course, you’ll be invited to attend the Finance & Commercial Academy induction. It’s run once a year for all trainees at the beginning of the programme.
We value training and development. In addition to your professional qualification, you will receive additional training in areas like communication skills and financial awareness.
Salaries are regularly reviewed, both internally and externally to make sure trainees are paid competitively.
