The applicable Standard Terms and Conditions shall be those specified in the order. In the event that no Standard Terms and Conditions are specified in the order, the Standard Terms and Conditions shall be the Siemens Terms of Sale, provided the Siemens Terms of Sale have been implemented in the respective country of the Customer already. In all other countries, the Universal Customer Agreement shall apply.
