Request to issue non-judgment notice and precautions

The non-certification results for major Siemens products have been published on this website since 2023/2.

Individual non-certification notices will be issued for products where there is no description of the non-certification results.

Issuing the notice of non-judgment may take 2 to 3 weeks from the day we accept the request until it is submitted to the customer.
The notice of non-judgment will be sent in the form (PDF) specified by our company. We do not publish item-specific comparison tables or parameter sheets.
If the export destination is a country subject to United Nations sanctions or other regions where exports are restricted by domestic and international laws, or if it is determined that there are concerns about the final customer, destination, or use, we may refuse to issue the notice of non-determination.
When exporting our products, we ask that customers comply with domestic and international laws and perform necessary procedures such as applying for export licenses to relevant government agencies under the responsibility of the exporter.
Our determination of non-compliance is based on the circumstances at the time of sale from our company, so if processing etc. are carried out by the customer after sales from our company, please fully understand domestic and international laws and regulations, etc., and carry out the non-judgment under the customer's responsibility and judgment.
Personal information received from customers will not be used for purposes other than the procedure for issuing the notice of non-judgment. Also, we do not disclose, transfer, or lend to third parties.
