Within the 40-60 MW(e) range, the SGT-800 offers outstanding combined cycle efficiency. As a result, you can expect lowest lifecycle cost of operation and best return on investment. Its strong steam generation capability makes it an ideal choice for combined heat and power applications.
With <15 ppmvd on fuel gas, the SGT-800 produces the least NOₓ emissions of any gas turbine in its class. Designed to reduce environmental impact, it will help you meet even the strictest emission regulations worldwide.

Extreme ambient conditions can take their toll on turbine performance: With this gas turbine, a hot climate option offers up to 26% higher power and more than 5% reduction in heat rate.
There are two different package solutions for increased flexibility to meet your individual requirements. Both are available for 50 Hz and 60 Hz markets.

Flexibility and efficiency are key for your power plant solutions. For combined cycle and cogeneration – also called combined heat and power (CHP) – we offer a broad range of power plant configurations based on the SGT-800 gas turbine. For combined cycle, 1x1, 2x1, or 3x1 configurations are part of the standardized portfolio.
With up to 60,000 EOH between major overhauls the SGT-800 provides high operational availabilty. Whether scheduled service or short-term support, our specialists are there for you, on-site all over the world.
We offer long term programs (LTP), overhaul services, field service, spare parts, reconditioning of components and modernization upgrades.
Whatever you need: The SGT-800 offers gas only or dual fuel (gas/diesel no.2) capability with on-line fuel changeover. Other fuel options are available on request. Gas supply pressure requirements are: 27-30 bar(a) / 390-435 psi(a).
All SGT-800 units are equipped with a dry low emissions (DLE) combustion system to minimize NOₓ and CO emissions. With this gas turbine you will comply with both global and regional regulations.

The combined cycle plant SCC-800 is also available based on more than two SGT-800 gas turbines. All combined cycle performance is based on 2 pressure, no reheat.
Dimensions include inlet filter housing and diffuser, exclude exhaust stack. For power generation, AC generator is included.
