Why SITRANS FM TRANSMAG 2 with SITRANS FM MAG 911/E?

Where conventional DC-pulsed meters lose their signal, the SITRANS FM TRANSMAG 2 keeps measuring—even in media with magnetic particles or up to 70 % solids. Its fully welded construction with IP68 protection and continuous self-diagnostics deliver the ruggedness that demanding environments require.

ประโยชน์ที่สำคัญ

Measure accurately in the harshest media

A dedicated slurry mode stabilizes readings in high-solids media and air-entrained flows. Combined with powerful field excitation, it delivers accurate, stable results—even in paper stock above 3 % consistency.

Operate at extremely low conductivities

Handle fluids down to 1 µS/cm conductivity as standard. For particularly demanding media such as demineralized water, an extended range down to 0.1 µS/cm is available on request.

Commission fast and reduce downtime

SmartPLUG stores factory calibration and sensor data inside the MAG 911/E pre-amplifier. On power-up, the transmitter reads everything automatically—no manual parameter entry, fewer errors and significantly faster startup.

Klaeranlage Innsbruck AG | Biologic Waste with an alternating field

Biomass plants often struggle to reliably capture volume flow measurements. High amounts of dry solids and fats complicate measurements with an electromagnetic device and make it susceptible to faults. While pulsed DC meters reach their limits whenever impurities are concerned, pulsed AC meters prove their capability even under harshest conditions.
