The FFTigv MOVY 1t has a bidirectional drive. This model can be optionally equipped with a 3D camera or special structures. Navigation can be track-guided or, with the Siemens ANS+, laser-guided (SLAM). You can even combine both. The vehicle control is based on a PLC with SIMOVE programming. It therefore plays a key role in optimising logistics processes, reducing walking distances and saving time and money.

The vehicle moves autonomously along predefined paths and stops exactly at loading or unloading stations. Sensors detect people, machines or objects that cross the path and automatically adjust the speed or route including obstacle avoidance.
Monitors the environment in real time using laser scanners and sensors.
Stops automatically in the event of obstacles or hazardous situations.
Emergency stop buttons and visual warning signals ensure safe operation in accordance with standards such as ISO 3691-4.
With the help of the project partners in the consortium, a modular production plant for hydrogen electrolysers in the gigawatt range is to be designed, developed and functionally tested.
