Kristy Serrano, Head of People & Organization for Siemens USA, leads the company’s U.S. people strategy, with responsibility for advancing organizational effectiveness, leadership development and the workforce experience.
With more than 20 years of People & Organization leadership experience, Kristy has worked across multiple industries, including manufacturing, software and industrial technology. She has extensive experience leading organizations through growth, transformation and change, with a focus on aligning talent, culture and leadership capabilities to business strategy and performance. She is recognized for building strong leadership teams, developing talent pipelines and creating high-performing, people-centered organizations.
Kristy holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa. She lives outside Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband and three children.
