Making the most of your benefits. You can explore the videos and Benefits Quick Start prior to your start date, however, you will not be able to sign-up until your first day of employment.
Enroll within the first 30 days at Siemens or you won’t have coverage
You must sign up for benefits within 30 days of your date of hire or you will not be eligible until the next annual enrollment period or unless you experience a qualified life event during the year. Benefits are retroactive to your date of hire.

For your initial start day, your manager will order your company assets. For future needs, visit the myIT portal for ordering and managing everything regarding your IT products relevant for your daily work. Here you would submit and manage products and services or helpdesk tickets.
