The responses provided by the Service are generated using Generative AI technology for intuitive search. While we strive to provide accurate and relevant information, please be aware that the responses may not always be 100% precise or up-to-date. The AI-generated content is based on patterns and data available up to its training date and may not reflect real-time developments or changes.

The responses provided by the Service are intended for general information purposes only and should not be considered as legal, compliance, financial, medical or professional advice.

The database used to train the Service does not contain any pricing information regard-ing Siemens products and/or solutions. Therefore, any information provided on this sub-ject should not be relied upon or considered as accurate or complete. Siemens shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of such information. The re-sponses generated by the Service, even if they appear as offers, are intended for gen-eral information purposes only and do not constitute legally binding commitments or agreements and shall in no event be construed as such. Users of the Service should rely on official channels provided by Siemens for any binding offers or agreements.

Users of the Service are responsible for independently verifying any information ob-tained from the Service before making any decisions or taking actions based on that in-formation. Reliance solely on AI-generated content is at the user's discretion and risk. Use discretion and carefully test and review all code for errors, bugs, and vulnerabilities before relying on it.

Users of the Service are prohibited from using personal data in the prompts or request-ing any kind of personal data from our Generative AI technology.

Generative AI is continually evolving, and its results are subject to inherent limitations and uncertainties. Siemens does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliabil-ity of the Service responses, and we disclaim any liability arising from any inaccuracies or omissions in the content.

Users are expected to engage with the Service in a responsible and lawful manner. The Service must not be used to generate content and/or information that violates any laws or infringes upon intellectual property rights. Moreover, the content generated must not be used for malicious or unlawful purposes. Siemens reserves the right to monitor and moderate Service interactions to ensure compliance with our policies.

By using our Service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Siemens, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service or reliance on its generated content.

By using the Service, you grant Siemens the right to collect, store, and analyze Service conversations for the purpose of improving the Service functionality and enhancing the overall user experience. This use includes, but is not limited to, identifying patterns, cor-recting inaccuracies, and enhancing response quality.

Content generated by code generation features of our Service may be subject to third party licenses, including, without limitation, open source licenses (“Third Party Licens-es”) or Siemens proprietary licenses. Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use and to the extent such granting of use rights (i) is permitted by applicable law and (ii) does not conflict with rights of others (including Third Party Licenses) or Siemens proprietary licenses, as between the parties, Siemens grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use the content generated by code generation features of our Service. Except for the use rights expressly granted herein, Users shall under these Terms of Use not acquire any title, interest or right in any pre-existing, underlying or independently developed data, information, or intellectual property of Siemens. In case of the Service embedded in the Siemens Xcelerator Developer Portal, the code generation features of the Service are intended solely for content associated with and based on the Siemens Xcelerator Developer Portal. Users are expressly prohibited from using these features for content unrelated to the Siemens Xcelerator Developer Portal.

You will comply with all applicable sanctions, embargoes and (re-)export control laws and regulations, and, in any event, with those of the European Union, the United States of America and any locally applicable jurisdiction (collectively, “Export Regulations”). You are responsible for the lawful treatment of any content provided or generated. In particular, you will not:

• access or use the Service from or in any location prohibited by or subject to sanctions or license requirements according to applicable sanctions and/or (re-)export control regulations, including those of the European Union, the United States of America and/or any other applicable country; or
• use the Service for any purpose prohibited by applicable Export Regulations.

These Terms of Use supplement and apply in addition to our general website terms of use which also govern your use of the Service.

Siemens reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.
