EKAER - Electronic Public Road Transport Control System (ระบบควบคุมการขนส่งทางถนนสาธารณะแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์)

ระบบควบคุมการขนส่งทางถนนสาธารณะแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์จะมีผลบังคับใช้ในวันที่ 1 มกราคม 2015 โดยจะต้องรายงานกิจกรรมการขนส่งทางถนนบางอย่าง

General Terms and Conditions of Siemens Zrt. (GTC)

The Offerings of Siemens Zrt. (i.e. hardware, software, cloud services and other services) shall be subject to the conditions below:

• generally, for all Offerings: the Base Terms Hungary, as well as
• for hardware, including firmware: the Hardware Supplemental Terms;
• for services: the Services Supplemental Terms;
• for solutions (projects): the Solutions Supplemental Terms;
• for software and cloud services: the General Software and Cloud Supplemental Terms, as well as the specific supplemental terms stated in the software and cloud services description;
• for software on premise including any associated maintenance and support services: the General Software and Cloud Supplemental Terms supplemented by the Specific Supplemental Terms for on-premises Software of Infrastructure & Industry Business; and
• for Offerings, whose description also includes other specific terms and conditions, those specific terms and conditions shall apply too.

The “Base Terms Hungary” under the above point a), together with the Supplemental Terms indicated under points (b)–(f) shall collectively be referred to as the “General Terms and Conditions” of Siemens Zrt.

The above terms and conditions shall apply in the following order of priority: primarily and specifically, the Supplemental Terms applicable to the specific Offerings shall be taken into account [points (b)-(f)], followed – in all cases – by the application of the “Base Terms Hungary” [point (a)].

Siemens reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions. Archived versions can be found on the Siemens Terms of Sale (STS) - Homepage. The terms and conditions in force at the time the Order is concluded shall apply to the given Order.
