The Siemens Compliance System is structured into three levels: Prevention, Detection, and Response. These levels encompass a comprehensive system of activities that ensure our business is fully aligned with applicable legal regulations and directives, as well as with our internal principles and policies.

Siemens employees and managers, customers, suppliers, and other business partners—as well as Siemens investors—can use the compliance tool “Tell Us” to report violations of the Siemens Business Conduct Guidelines at any time of day or night, from anywhere in the world, in a secure, confidential, and, if desired, anonymous manner.
Ombudsmannen är en opartisk myndighet till vilken Siemens anställda och tredje part kan rapportera fall av olämplig affärspraxis inom Siemens. Rapporter kan göras konfidentiellt och, om så önskas, anonymt. Inlämningar ska göras på engelska eller tyska.
