Sunil Mathur is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Limited, India since 2014. In this role he is responsible for Siemens in South Asia. He is currently a Member of the Global Leadership Team of Siemens, Chairman of Siemens Energy India Limited and C&S Electric Limited, and Member of the Board of Directors of Siemens Healthcare Private Limited and Torrent Power Limited.

Prior to 2014, he was the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Siemens Limited from 2008 and was responsible also for South Asia. During his stint as Chief Financial Officer of Siemens Limited, he was a Member of the Global Finance Management Team.

Sunil has been with Siemens for over 37 years, holding several Senior Management positions in Germany, where he worked in the Power Generation Division as also as Chief Financial Officer of a Global Business Unit in the Industrial Automation Division of the Company. He has worked in Germany, United Kingdom and the United States, apart from India.

Sunil is Chairman, CII National Committee on Multinational Companies as well as the CII National Committee on Smart Cities. He was previously Chairman of CII Western Region, Chairman of the CII Smart Manufacturing Council and President of Indo-German Chamber of Commerce and Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

Wolfgang is the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, Siemens Limited, India, since March 2024. In his role, he is responsible for financial controlling, reporting, forecasting, capital allocation and cross-functional leadership of Siemens Limited and its subsidiaries.

Prior to this role, Wolfgang was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Siemens Aktiengesellschaft Österreich, Vienna (Austria), since October 2016. In his professional career in Siemens since 1990, Wolfgang has held various senior positions like CFO of Diagnostics Division of Siemens Healthcare (based in Tarrytown, US); CFO of Business Unit Health Services at Siemens Medical Solutions (based in Malvern, US); VP Finance of Program and System Engineering at Siemens Aktiengesellschaft Österreich; CFO of Siemens s.r.o., Slovakia; CFO of Siemens Telefongyár Kft., Hungary, etc.

A value-driven and results-oriented Finance Executive with business experience and a proven track record including financial turnarounds, business consolidations, mergers & acquisitions, Wolfgang is fluent in German and English, basic in Italian and Hungarian.
