Supplemental terms (ST) govern your use of offerings provided by Siemens together with the applicable underlying universal customer ggreement (UCA). License models, applicable maintenance and support terms, and other portfolio-related or use case-specific terms are set out in supplemental terms. Each ST document is displayed on the order or in the product description of the offering you purchase.

Digital service supplemental terms (DS Terms)

Digital service supplemental terms

The digital services supplemental terms amend the universal customer agreement (UCA) between customer and Siemens solely with regard to cloud services including ancillary offerings. These DS terms together with the UCA and other applicable supplemental terms form the agreement between the parties.
