Our Engineering Graduate Program is just the beginning of a successful career at Siemens. Here from people who experienced this themselves.

Mohd Syukri

EGP Graduate

"The structured development offered by EGP has assisted me greatly in career development. Through the trainings, I gained valuable insights to cross-disciplinary skills especially commercial and human resources management areas. The success, however, it also depends on each of us and I believe that I have made full use of the opportunities given through this well-structured platform.”

EGP Graduate

“Being a part of EGP is one of the best choices I have made after graduating. 3 rotations in various departments, including 1 rotation abroad had shown me different sides of Siemens’ business. It helped me to have a wider view of finding solutions and working together with people from different backgrounds. It is absolutely a great platform to start and provides with what you need in reaching your future goals."

Indra Oliver Hadyiswanto

EGP Graduate

"The in-class trainings provided during the program, rotations in different departments as well as the overseas rotation give ample opportunities for me to grow exponentially during my first one and a half years in Siemens. I could definitely leverage this great combination to set my career path and contribute more to Siemens”.

Penpisch, Sa-ngawong

EGP Graduate

“I can try out different roles like project engineer, sales engineer, or even business development. I’m now responsible for the Burmese and Cambodian market - dealing with people with different cultures and languages."

“I have had travel opportunities that few of my friends have. My most memorable travel experience has got to be my week-long training in Korea where I had a chance to work with people from an entirely different culture”.
