A User Rights request can only be processed if the self-registration via Siemens ID has already taken place at the application. Please create a ticket only after your self-registration. 🔴🔴🔴

  1. External Ecosystems Helpdesk

    Systems and Applications in the INTERNET (e.g AEM, DAM, I-Edit, One2Edit, Press Portal, Sprinklr, Jira/Confluence, EntraID). Here you can request and remove user rights, get technical support and solve your login problems. You can select the specific system later in the drop-down.

    Our service hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (CAT) & (CET)

    Please note: Do NOT OPEN A REQUEST anymore for getting access to the DAM due EVERY Siemens employee is able to use it

    IMPORTANT: Each application requires its own user rights application. Collective requests are not possible as approvals are not done by one person.

  2. Internal Ecosystems Helpdesk

    Systems and Applications in the INTERNAL Ecosystem (e.g Brandville, Hello, Hub Meeting, Redirect Tool, SiemensWorld). Here you can request and remove user rights, get technical support and ask other questions for all the above-mentioned applications and systems. You can select the specific system later in the drop-down.

    The service hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (CET)

  3. Comms Analytics Helpdesk

    Analytics for internet, intranet or social media. You can request here for:

    • access rights
    • analytics tool support
    • marketing pixel integration
    • new or updated dashboards

    Kindly select the appropriate form.

  4. NewFeature/CR Helpdesk

    Proposals for New Features, Change Requests, ideas and improvement suggestions for External, Internal and Analytics systems and applications. Your proposal will then be evaluated, prioritized and decided in the responsible CAB (Change Advisory Board). We appreciate your feedback!
