Hopper is the Process Parameter Recommender that continuously recommends injection molding parameters – learning from live data and adapting to changing conditions. Hopper provides situational recommendations for specific parameter adjustments for machine and temperature control units - based on a virtually learned ideal process and respecting validating windows. This reduces scrap, shortens ramp-up times, and boosts overall efficiency.
