Siemens Festival Nights Quiz

By participating in the competition, you accept the following terms and conditions:

The competition is organised by Siemens Aktiengesellschaft Österreich, Siemensstraße 90, 1210 Vienna, (Siemens). Natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Employees of Siemens Corporate Communications, as well as their relatives and employees of arbyte Web Solutions, are excluded from participation in the competition.

In order to participate in the competition, www.siemens.at/gewinnspielnaechte winning questions must be answered on the website. The aim of the competition is to achieve the specified minimum score of 60 points by answering winning questions. All participants who reach this will take part in the weekly raffle in the week of their participation and in the raffle for the main prize at the end of the raffle period. One participation per person and calendar week is permitted. Once the minimum number of points has been reached, the following data must be entered in the mask that appears on the website: first name, last name, e-mail address.

The competition starts on 22.06.2026, 3 p.m. and ends on 30.08.2026, 12 noon.

The winner of the main prize will be determined from all participants at the end of the competition period by a random generator. The other prizes will be raffled weekly among the participants who participated in the week in question and achieved the required number of points. The winners will be drawn by Siemens and under exclusion of legal recourse. The winners will be notified by e-mail, asked for the desired delivery address in Austria and will receive the prize by post or e-mail. If a winner does not provide the delivery address within 4 weeks of notification or if delivery fails 2 times, the prize will be forfeited.
By participating, the participant agrees that, in the event of winning, the name and photos taken by him/her during the presentation of the main prize will be published on the www.siemens.at/festspielnaechte website and on Siemens' social media channels.

Siemens does not guarantee the long-term availability and function of the competition. Rather, the application can be terminated or temporarily taken off the grid for various reasons, especially external reasons, without this resulting in claims by the participants against Siemens. Siemens' liability in connection with this competition is excluded, unless liability is mandatory by law.

There is no connection to LinkedIn or Meta Platforms in this competition, which is run by Siemens Aktiengesellschaft Österreich. In particular, there is no organization, support or sponsorship of the competition by LinkedIn or Meta Platforms. Each participant indemnifies LinkedIn and Meta Platforms from any liability in connection with this competition.

There is no compensation for the profit in cash or other tangible assets. Austrian law is exclusively applicable to the competition. Legal recourse is excluded.

Siemens is entitled to amend these Terms and Conditions of Participation with reference to the changes.

Prizes:

• A weekly dinner for two people worth 150 euros each at the Siemens Festival Nights in the ALEX am Kapitelplatz restaurant.
• Main prize: A festival package for 2 people with premiere tickets for the production of Jedermann 2027, including hotel accommodation with buffet breakfast.
