Provide UPS and individual battery health using proprietary algorithm that computes the health based on parameters such as voltage, internal impedance, temperature at the negative lead, ripple voltage.   • Solution can integrate with any smart UPS that communicate over Modbus RS485, Modbus over TCP/IP, TCP/IP & SNMP. It also monitors individual battery blocks through a battery voltage sensor(BVS). The BVS is a wireless sensor, meaning easy installation and maintenance.
  • Helps to defer CAPEX by replacing only the bad batteries in a battery string rather that replacing the entire battery string at the end of warranty (usually at end of warranty, all batteries are replaced without considering their remaining life). This is achieved by monitoring individual blocks.
  • Provides dashboards and reports which would include individual battery health, battery string health, discharge/charge duration, cycle count, depth of discharge, ambient room temperature and relative humidity. It also provides dashboards for the UPS based on the parameters read over protocol.
