False alarms can be a persistent concern, especially in the hospitality industry, and pose significant challenges for guests and hotel management. Addressing false alarms is crucial for maintaining guest satisfaction and minimizing disruptions to daily operations. Novotel Hotel in Perth recognized the significance of their guests' safety, well-being and operational efficiency, and required a reliable fire protection system which provides protection from false alarms.
The Cerberus PRO fire protection system, with its unique ASAtechnology™, has proved to be the ideal solution. Siemens Solution Partner Interactive Fire Systems professionally installed, commissioned and tested the entire system, including the ASA detectors in 431 guest rooms.
Implementing the Cerberus PRO fire protection system with ASAtechnology™ at Novotel Hotel has ensured fast and reliable fire protection, minimizing false alarms and unnecessary evacuations. This enhances the guest experiences and establishes Novotel as a trusted choice for long-term B2B customers, businesses and individual clients or tourists.
The detectors with our unique ASAtechnology™ offer advanced signal analysis and selectable parameter sets. They will recognize smoke from cigarettes, vapor, or candles and differentiate those from real fire smoke.
As a result, this provides maximum safety and optimal protection of people and assets without false alarms, even in the most challenging application areas like hotels.
ASAtechnology™ means that the sensor converts the recorded signals into mathematical components. These are then compared with the programmed values in real time using intelligent algorithms.
With the unique ASAtechnology™, you can optimally select different ASA parameter sets and easily and quickly switch between them – depending on the change of room usage.
The results of installing Siemens ASA detectors have been nothing short of exceptional. According to our meticulous system records, no false alarm has been triggered from any guest bedroom since the installation. This achievement has significantly contributed to our guests' safety and peace of mind, making their stay at Novotel Perth Murray Street more enjoyable.
