Order Tracking

In order tracking, you will find all orders received by Siemens DF&PD, including those not ordered in the Industry Mall. You can open, print, or save the delivery note for your order at any time. By clicking on "Shipper," you can see where your order is currently located.

Product details and comparison

You can use the search function to find our products, even using partial part numbers. You can compare products with each other and find useful additional information, including the following:

  • Statistical material number
  • Weight
  • Country of origin

Stock check

The stock check provides you with information on whether the product can be delivered by the deadline you requested. If the product is available for delivery, you will see a green light. If you see a yellow light, the product cannot be delivered by the requested deadline, but you will find information on which deadline it can be delivered by.

Master data query

You can download data on products ordered by your company during a certain period, download the contents of your shopping cart, or even download the product range with your customer item number. The download will be in the format you select. You can use the field selector to customize the data to your needs.

Request a quote

Use the request a quote function to request a quote from your Siemens contact person for the products in your shopping cart. The system will send the contents of your cart to your contact person in Excel format via email; you will also receive a copy of the file.

Configurators

Configurators help you select the products and systems that best suit your needs. The system continuously checks the validity of the data entered during the selection process. It is also possible to save the configurations you have created.
