2025 m. fiskaliniais metais pasiekėme savo tikslą ir sumažinome pasaulinį pakoreguotą darbo užmokesčio atotrūkį nuo 2,5% iki 2,0%.

Pasitenkinimo darbu balas

2025 finansiniais metais pasiekėme WWS > 80 tikslą, surinkę 84 balus, taip įvykdydami savo įsipareigojimą užtikrinti sveiką ir saugią darbo aplinką, gerinti gyvenimo kokybę, įsidarbinimo galimybes ir verslo sėkmę.

Įtraukties lygis

2025 m. fiskaliniais metais pasiekėme 78 proc., todėl beveik pasiekėme tikslą išlaikyti įtraukties lygį, viršijantį 80%.
