Industry exchange: Future skills
The needs of our industries are changing rapidly. We recognise that we must develop skills for the future, address gaps, and engage our workforce in ways that meet their expectations. In this session we will explore the challenge in detail: How do we define digital and sustainability skills? How do our employees want to develop these skills? Where might we find the skills we require? As a collective, bringing differing industry context we aim to share what works and develop new thinking, in an engaging environment.
