Siemens American Depositary Receipt (ADR)

Siemens maintains an American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program on a Level I basis, since the delisting from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on May 15, 2014. Since May 16, 2014, Siemens ADRs can be traded in the US only over-the-counter (OTC). After the ADR ratio change on March 13, 2017, two Siemens ADRs, traded in US-Dollar, correspond to one Siemens ordinary share. Further information about the ADR stock split can be found here
