One of the core differences is Sustainability Manager uses monthly utility bill data to calculate consumption while Energy Manager uses real-time submeter and building automation system (BAS) data.

Sustainability Manager focuses on target tracking, compliance and reporting requirements together with tracking utility vendors and contract expirations. In addition, it tracks utility vendors and contract expirations. Energy Manager goes further into the building device and equipment level with corrective actions based on the access to real-time equipment data and it can identify anomalies, inefficiencies and more accurately predict budget overruns.

Energy Manager assists you in understanding and leveraging your building data:

• Data visualization: Energy Manager offers intuitive, interactive and customizable dashboards that visually represent your consumption, cost and equipment data. Through charts, graphs and graphics, you can easily interpret and understand key energy metrics, consumption patterns, operational insights and trends.
