Electronic Order Processing (ELOP)

ELOP is a method for electronically processing orders from our customers' enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Our special conversion process extracts customer-specific order data from our customers' order files and processes it electronically. To ensure the smooth processing of your return, please adhere to our return and complaint policy for building technology. If the conditions listed below are met, please complete the online form and submit it to us using the "Submit" button. You will then receive an automated return/complaint confirmation ID as confirmation of receipt.

After reviewing your request, you will promptly receive feedback from us regarding the next steps. If the conditions listed below are not met upon receipt of the goods, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Conditions for Returns

  • You have completed your return request in the form and indicated your reason for return.
  • You purchased the goods directly from Siemens; this return is in its original packaging (packaging undamaged, unmarked, and uncontaminated), and no more than 8 weeks old (from the delivery date).
  • You have not included any customer-specific items in the return; This includes individually labeled or technically customized products and/or custom-made products, subpackaging units, promotional packages, certified sensors, and water, heat, and cold meters.
  • Your return must have a net merchandise value of at least €100.00.
  • We generally charge a processing fee of 20% of the net merchandise value for returns.
  • When authorizing a return to our central warehouse, please provide the return ID number and invoice number on the return slip!

  • You request your return using our form.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with an assigned e-return ID number.
  • After authorization, please send the goods to the address we provide (information will be sent via email).
