SIMOTICS S-1FK7 motors are permanent magnet synchronous motors available in the versions Compact, High Dynamic and High Inertia. The motors are characterized by superior overload capability, ruggedness and compactness. The connection via rotatable connectors and preassembled cables ensures a flexible, fast and safe connection to the converter.
SIMOTICS S-1FK7 synchronous motors have a high degree of efficiency and triple overload capability. They are shock- and vibration-resistant due to a mechanically isolated encoder connection.
A rotatable connector with quick-release fastener and exchangeable encoder make assembly and service easier. The digital DRIVE-CLiQ interface with electronic rating plate optimizes connection to SINAMICS S120.
The motors are available with absolute encoder, incremental encoder or resolver options, as well as different gear types and backlash-free holding brakes. Cooling methods include natural cooling and forced ventilation.
The S-1FK7-CT is a universal motor for a wide range of applications. Its space-saving design has a very high power density and a large range of motors in shaft heights 20 to 100. Some types with short delivery times are available.
The S-1FK7-HD is a rugged servomotor built for highly dynamic applications with low load moment of inertia. It has a fast ramp-up time with a very high acceleration capability due to low rotor moment of inertia.
The HI design is suited for machine tools for feed axis applications that require superior resp. alternating load inertia. It features docile control behavior and reduced expenditure for controller optimization.
