Digital business models leverage the available product and process data to create added value for the customer. Digital Services from Siemens Mobility Services provide you with the key to this advance. Our Digital Services are based on the powerful Siemens platform architecture, which serves already more than 300,000 devices and systems – in full compliance with the latest IT security standards, of course.
Innovative technologies and Digital Services such as Smart Light Management, Smart Guidance and Smart Access allow you to detect problems even before they emerge. Benefit from new ways of increasing reliability, availability and cost-effectiveness – through predictive maintenance, optimized asset management and efficient operation.
There are various ways of reducing the costs of street lighting: We can install energy-efficient light sources, deploy modern controllers and implement a smart light management system that adapts luminosity levels to current local conditions. To optimally support all your systems, we offer a comprehensive range of services, from inventory assessment and audit to operation, maintenance and modernization.
We establish an inventory of your assets (e.g. make and model of light sources, masts cabling, grid connections etc.) and collect all the relevant data to create a solid basis for future planning and decisions. Then we carry out an audit to evaluate the technologies used and identify the components that need to be upgraded or replaced.
Our choice of modernization packages ensures that only those street lighting components are replaced that need replacing. So you benefit from increased energy efficiency at affordable costs.
In the scope of our Maintenance Services we replace defective or inefficient components and prepare tailored plans for sustainable maintenance. These are the basis for any decisions about proactive and reactive replacement of components - for especially effective service and maximum asset availability.
Siemens offers flexible financing models that take some of the financial burden off the public budgets while providing the means to enhance operational reliability. The provision of all service types – from planning and maintenance right up to spare parts provision and ongoing modernization – as a single-source package opens up a substantial saving potential for you. For any project, cost transparency and planning reliability are of the highest priority.
Whenever an asset fails or a technical problem occurs you can rely on the expert support and assistance of our Operation & Competence Center (OCC). Our specialists can for instance provide remote maintenance support – in various languages and 24/7 on 365 days of the year.
The OCC offers
The secure Smart Access data link enables the service technician on site to analyze any problem promptly and efficiently. Your own operation and maintenance staff is also given secure remote access to your assets. All connections for remote service are established via the Siemens common Remote Service Platform (cRSP). Certified by several official bodies, the platform meets international data security standards.
Our cRSP also serves as the platform for the Customer Web Portal (CWP). This service provides you with secure access to your own systems via the internet. For you, this eliminates the need for a separate system access facility. You can simply rely on the same secure and highly available cRSP infrastructure as used for remote service.
