Your own operation and maintenance staff is also given secure remote access to your assets. All connections for remote service are established via the Siemens common Remote Service Platform (cRSP). Certified by several official bodies, the platform meets international data security standards.

No need for separate system access

Our cRSP also serves as the platform for the Customer Web Portal (CWP). This service provides you with secure access to your own systems via the internet.
