The goal of the project is threefold:
The Foundation for the Global Compact was established in 2006 and registered as a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization under New York State law. The Foundation is based on the principle that transparency, integrity and public-private collaboration is essential to finding lasting solutions to pressing global problems. The Foundation supports the activities of the United Nations Global Compact including fundraising, outreach and engagement with business stakeholders. This is a policy and engagement platform for businesses that are committed to aligning their operations and strategies with the Global Compact’s ten universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption.
