Three challenges. Two years. One incredible experience.

Over two very exciting years, you’ll gain all the skills and knowledge you need to build a successful career at Siemens. The two years consist of three challenging assignments. For one of them you’ll work abroad at one of our 1,700 worldwide locations. With each assignment you will gain a deep insight of our business, invaluable experiences and lasting contacts.

At the start of the program, you’ll be assigned a personal mentor. Together, you’ll decide what your personal program will look like and determine the general direction of your career path. This will be based on your qualifications and personal interests, as well as what’s important for us as a business.

It’s important to us that you’re put into the right department from day one as this is a working program; it’s all about learning by doing. You’ll be actively integrated into the day-to-day business of your project teams, assuming full responsibility for the tasks assigned to you.

We’re looking for people who want to take on the challenges of tomorrow. Think this is you? Join us.

Natalia Afanaseva

SGP Participant

“Finding a job of your dreams doesn’t happen by chance. You need to see what opportunities are out there and get to know what roles are right for you. The SGP offers you ability to do both. You’ll experience different Siemens businesses, opportunities to work with colleagues around the world and learn to ask yourself very honest questions about where are you going next.”

Yawo Edem Afande

SGP Alumni

“These two years were a very special adventure for me. Looking back, the SGP helped me to get a better self-assessment of myself. Where are my limits? Where do I want to go and why? It is not just about doing one task or project, you should also know your own major drivers for doing that. This is one thing I learned during the SGP and this will also help me in my future career.”

Mirko Menden

SGP Mentor

“The SGP offers a superb combination to tackle actual and future challenges. As a mentor I see my role in being the sports coach and help the SGPers to further develop their skills, the friend to share thoughts and something like a ‘senior consultant’ to offer hopefully helpful advice on how to behave in difficult business situations.”
