How do I apply?

If you think you’re suitable, send us your application via the official website or by email. Our Talent Acquisition team will then review your profile, discuss your experience and decide whether to invite you for an interview. You’ll first meet with a Partner, Director and a member of the Talent Acquisition Team. If that goes well, you’ll then interview with a Partner of Siemens CF A and a Siemens executive. If everyone thinks you’re a good fit, we’ll offer you a contract and talk you through the details.

What are your areas of expertise?
  • Operational – Our team members have a variety of different backgrounds such as Engineering, Legal & Commercial, providing expertise in our core processes, such as Product Lifecycle Management and Supply Chain Management.
  • Financial – CF A analyzes Siemens’ project businesses, assessing the costings and risks, as well as whether the order backlog is robust, providing assurance to the Managing Board on these topics.
