Since it began in 2008, over 594 people have joined the program and 386 have been promoted within Siemens – and you could be one of them.

 

Right at the beginning, we’ll draw up a Personal Development Plan and give you continuous career coaching and mentoring throughout the program. All while working with top Siemens business leaders on multiple high-profile projects around the world.   • Strong academic history (degree in Business, Engineering, Law, Computer Science or similar)
  • Technical experience in Operations, IT, Finance, Transaction M&A Related Due Diligence or Regulatory Compliance
  • Strong multi-project management skills
  • Fluent in English and globally mobile, open to extensive international travel
  • At least 8 years of professional industry experience in a business relevant to Siemens, or a “Big 4” or professional firm
  • Strong academic history (degree in Business, Engineering, Law, Computer Science or similar)
  • Team leadership and technical experience in Operations, IT, Finance, Transaction M&A Related Due Diligence or Regulatory Compliance
  • Strong multi-project management skills
  • Fluent in English and globally mobile, open to extensive international travel

 

  • At least 10 years of professional industry experience in a business relevant to Siemens, or a “Big 4“ or professional firm
  • Strong academic history (degree in Business, Engineering, Law, Computer Science or similar)
  • In-depth experience in Operations, IT, Finance, Transaction M&A Related Due Diligence or Regulatory Compliance
  • Strong multi-project management and team leadership skills
  • Strong desire and drive to develop into future leadership roles
  • Fluent in English and globally mobile, open to extensive international travel
  • Executive-level skills in client relationship management and the ability to operate at a Board level
  • Proven history as an executive with outstanding customer focus
