Are you a leader at the top of your game? If you think you’re ready for the biggest challenge of your career so far, then our CEO* Program could be for you.
Introducing our CEO* Program. A unique opportunity for six of the best and brightest in their fields from around the world to learn what it takes to lead a global enterprise.
Each candidate is hand-picked by our leadership team after a thorough application process. Over 24 months, you’ll take on three individually chosen assignments around the world that tackle problems on a global scale. With guidance from senior executives, you’ll find e.g. ways to create economic growth while reducing the consumption of energy and resources, ensure healthcare is both high quality and affordable, or make industrial production more flexible and efficient.
Whilst growing with your challenges you will be mentored by a top executive. Besides this personal connection, our annual development week will provide you with exclusive opportunities to meet our top management and discuss the future of Siemens with them.
We’re looking for open-minded, bold leaders who have a thorough understanding of the world we live in. If this sounds like you, apply now and join us.
Our CEO* Program has turned many people into successful leaders within Siemens. Hear from those who made their way to the top.
“They really do challenge you and take you out of your comfort zone as much as possible. I was sent to China to work on a change management process in sales efficiency. And at the time I was just a chemical engineer without any experience in sales at all. It became clear that with results, comes visibility. By the end of my assignments I was receiving meeting invitations from senior business leaders within the company and even board members.”
“In my previous role I was wearing a hard hat and hi-vis. But once I joined Siemens, it completely changed. I went from completely operational, to high level strategy – with my first assignment being in Beijing. It was an eight-month rotation where you had to deliver. You didn’t have the luxury to go through a big learning curve. But you have a great support network here. If you’re struggling, someone, somewhere in the world will be awake and you can ring them and get advice.”
