Our viboo.cloud connects with IoT devices, such as smart thermostats, in the building and uses artificial intelligence to learn the thermal behavior of each room. Subsequently, the building is optimized proactively: for each room, the AI calculates how the room temperature will develop over the next few hours based on occupancy schedules and weather, and optimizes how much heat each individual radiator needs to emit.

Management via Cloud-Based Building Management System:
Facility management can monitor and control building operations through the viboo.cockpit. The cockpit provides historical data of measurements for all rooms in the building and allows for setting individual heating schedules for rooms or groups of rooms. viboo analyzes humidy, CO2 and motion data. Based on this data, the AI detects patterns on when rooms are used and suggests heating schedule improvements to the facility manager. This makes sure that rooms are only heated when they are used.
