Its IP68/IP69 enclosure and flexible mounting enable easy brownfield retrofit. The SITRANS MS200 Ex is ATEX/IECEx-certified (II 2G Ex ib IIC T4 Gb) for Zone 1/2 hazardous areas in oil & gas, chemical and petrochemical industries.
The SITRANS CC220 gateway serves as a secure interface between the SITRANS MS200 multisensor and a connected software solution. It enables the secure and encrypted transmission of sensor data to analytics software and platforms.
The SITRANS SCM IQ is a mobile web app that can be used with SITRANS MS200 multisensors. It processes any multisensor data as well as other machine data, and enables AI-based early detection of deviations, provides a clear visualization of machine health, and sends notifications via email.
Senseye Predictive Maintenance is a cloud-based platform for predictive maintenance at scale that processes over one million machine-related data points per minute. It uses AI-powered analytics to accurately assess asset condition, improve maintenance planning, and reduce downtime and maintenance effort.
