The purchaser's data is transferred from the WebStore login account. This data is stored by the purchaser during initial registration and can also be updated.

We have improved our customer portal! Now you can easily manage your customer data and cost center cards online.

How to update your data:
1. Log in to the WebStore and go to “MY CUSTOMERS” in the “LOGIN ACCOUNT” section.
2. Select the data record that needs to be updated.
3. Check and update your contact and billing information as needed.
4. Click on ‘SAVE’. Your changes will be marked as ‘IN PROCESS’ until we confirm them.

You can continue to use the customer data and cost center cards while the changes are being reviewed.

You can ‘LOCK’ customer data and cost center cards that are no longer needed in the system and then destroy them. This will render them unusable.

Please update your customer data within the next 14 days. This will help us avoid billing errors.

The catering location will be selected in accordance with the official Siemens Address Directory (SAL) within the next 14 days. This helps us to avoid errors in billing.

Please click on the “Contact” button and select the mailbox for “Technical Support” or “Foodservice,” depending on your inquiry.

Please send us the request to activate invoice viewing first. You will then receive the appropriate authorization.

In order to see all invoices, you must fill in the “Cost center” field in the billing information in addition to the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*). This is the filter criterion for the subsequent display of the invoices.
