Unleash live's AI App Store includes a library of AI Apps covering a wide range of inspection and monitoring use cases, from structural defect detection to vegetation encroachment and asset condition scoring. Where a new use case isn't already covered, new AI Apps can be developed and deployed to extend detection to the specific assets and conditions relevant to your operation.

Every AI detection can be reviewed and edited by subject matter experts in Unleash live's Image Viewer tool, alongside the original imagery and geospatial context. Expert review outcomes feed back into the AI App for retraining, so detection accuracy improves over time as your operational data accumulates.

Customer data remains the customer's property at all times, including images, video, metadata, analytics outputs and reports. Customers can download or delete their data at any time. Deletion is carried out under Unleash live's ISO 27001-certified information deletion procedures (POL-28), and proof of deletion is available on request.

Customer data is hosted in designated cloud regions confirmed per engagement, with strict controls on offshore transfer or processing unless otherwise agreed. Access to customer environments is restricted to authorised personnel on a least-privilege basis.
