The Advanced Kiln Analytical Solution (KAS) addresses significant challenges faced by cement plants worldwide, particularly in monitoring and maintaining kiln inlet gas analyzers under extreme environmental conditions. The KAS system features a robust straight tube probe capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1400°C and heavy dust loads typical in the cement plants. It includes a unique pneumatic retraction mechanism, advanced probe material, and air blasters for external surface cleaning, all of which dramatically extend the probe's life. Furthermore, the system is equipped with cutting-edge gas analyzers, for emission and pollution monitoring of the toxic gases being emitted by the plant during the manufacturing process.
