A toda velocidad hacia la hoja de ruta climática de Stuttgart

Stuttgart tiene como objetivo alcanzar la neutralidad climática para 2035, diez años antes de lo que exige la Ley Federal Alemana de Cambio Climático. Para lograr este objetivo, la empresa municipal de servicios públicos Stadtwerke Stuttgart está implementando, junto con Siemens, un plan de sostenibilidad que comienza en su propia sede.

El “Camino de Stuttgart”: neutralidad climática para 2035

¿Por qué nos hemos puesto este difícil objetivo cuando hay una manera más sencilla? Neutralidad climática para 2045, ese es el requisito legal. Pero Stadtwerke Stuttgart ha decidido tomar el “Camino de Stuttgart” con el objetivo de neutralidad climática para 2035.

Los servicios públicos municipales y su desafío en el camino hacia la neutralidad climática

Los servicios públicos municipales son el motor de la transición energética. Como proveedor de servicios generales para sectores clave, como la energía, el transporte y los edificios, pueden actuar como un modelo por seguir impulsando la transición energética. Para lograr el objetivo climático de la ciudad de Stuttgart, se deben ahorrar 3.6 megatones de equivalentes de CO₂ anualmente, un gran desafío para el Grupo Stadtwerke Stuttgart.

Asociación tecnológica con Stadtwerke Stuttgart

El Grupo Stadtwerke Stuttgart está definiendo pasos concretos para lograr estos ambiciosos objetivos y está implementando un concepto integral de sostenibilidad junto con Siemens en el marco de una asociación tecnológica. Los productos, soluciones y servicios se utilizan en una amplia gama de proyectos de eficiencia, energía y áreas residenciales. La plataforma comercial abierta e interoperable Siemens Xcelerator constituye la base para la creación de aplicaciones interconectadas. ¿Cómo se ve eso en términos concretos? Siemens proporciona los sensores y el software. Trabajamos con expertos en energía de Stadtwerke Stuttgart para desarrollar conceptos de energía y calefacción que puedan integrarse en los sistemas del cliente en función de los datos y las funcionalidades resultantes.

Building X

Building X is a suite of AI-driven and open-platform applications for building management. It eliminates complexity, reduces data silos, and improves building performance.

Building X offers the following advantages for the building in Kesselstrasse:

360° Viewer: Photorealistic image as a digital twin. The 360° Viewer provides a continuous overview by displaying a virtual 3D environment.

Energy Manager: The energy consumption, costs and CO2 emissions of the building are recorded and analyzed so that optimization measures can be defined at an early stage.

Operations Manager: For monitoring a wide range of building installations and applications – in real time and from a single location. This makes it possible to respond to faults faster, thus minimizing downtimes and improving business continuity.

Lifecycle Twin: Serves a central data hub. It provides end-to-end visibility and comprehensive management for technical building services and all of the building’s assets, as well as efficient work order management in a virtual environment.

New headquarters to become a sustainability showcase

The conversion and modernization of an existing building at Kesselstrasse 23 in Stuttgart can be seen as the reference and starting point of the technology partnership.

La primera medida concreta es la modernización de la futura sede del Grupo Stadtwerke Stuttgart. Su nuevo hogar será un referente de la sostenibilidad y las prácticas laborales modernas. Con este fin, el complejo de oficinas, incluido el almacén y los talleres en Kesselstrasse 23, se está convirtiendo y expandiendo de acuerdo con un concepto de sostenibilidad holística. Esto implica, entre otras cosas, el uso de energía renovable y el monitoreo eficiente de energía. La tecnología suministrada por Siemens cumple con los criterios actuales de digitalización y sostenibilidad, y abarca nuevos edificios y automatización de salas, tecnología de seguridad y aplicaciones de software. Además, el modelo de software como servicio proporciona a Stadtwerke Stuttgart tecnología de vanguardia basada en requisitos que se puede adaptar de manera flexible durante el proyecto.

As well as integrated parking and visitor management, further joint measures are being planned as part of the technology partnership:

  • Innovation day: Innovative topics about the future will be discussed and solutions based on state-of-the-art technologies, such as virtual reality, artificial intelligence and building twin, will be discussed
  • Sustainability workshop: The jointly implemented projects will be evaluated to identify potential optimizations
  • Showrooms: The design of a section of the new showroom at Kesselstrasse 23 is already in full swing. In the showroom, you can see and experience the interplay of technology and consulting expertise on both the producer and the consumer side in a variety of showcases
