The new SITRANS Verificator is designed for use with the latest generation of SITRANS FM flowmeters. It is fully compatible with systems equipped with the FMT020 flow transmitter, which includes the SITRANS FM120, FM320 and FM520 flowmeters. Support for MAG5/6000 is in development and available by end of calendar 2026.

Yes. To help ensure the highest testing accuracy and maintain traceable input references for ISO 17025, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance, the SITRANS Verificator requires an annual accredited calibration. For your convenience, you can easily track your device's last and next upcoming calibration dates directly within the "Device Cockpit" section of the SITRANS mobile IQ app. After the calibration period, the tool is still useable, but certificates will indicate “Out of Calibration.”

To perform verification, a hardware-locked, token-based license must be purchased and activated via the SITRANS mobile IQ app. One token is consumed for each full or partial verification. However, if you re-test the exact same sensor (based on its serial number) within a one-week window, no additional token is consumed. Licenses are valid for 12 months (plus a 2-month grace period) and are available in packages ranging from 20 to unlimited tokens. Packages with longer time horizons are also available. When a new package is procured during the grace period, the remaining unused tokens are reactivated and available again.
